Yes, Click & Collect is a free service with no additional charges.

3. Payment Options

You can choose from the following payment methods:

Online payment using Visa, MasterCard, or debit card
Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of collection

4. Order Collection Notification

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification with collection details.

Please wait for this confirmation before visiting the store.

5. Collection Time Limit

You can collect your order within 14 days from the date of the notification.

Orders not collected within this period may be cancelled.

6. What to Bring for Collection

When collecting your order, please bring:

Your order number (from confirmation email)
A valid Emirates ID, passport, or driving license
The payment card used (if prepaid order)

7. Third-Party Collection

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must provide:

Authorization letter signed by you
Copy of your Emirates ID / passport / driving license
Order number
Valid ID of the person collecting
Copy of the payment card used (if applicable)
