1. Order Processing

Once you place an order on www.yallabuyit.ae, it is automatically processed and sent to our warehouse for preparation.

All orders go through a quality check before dispatch to ensure products are in perfect condition.

2. Packaging

We take extra care in packaging your products:

Standard items are securely packed in protective packaging
Fragile items are wrapped with additional bubble protection
All shipments are packed in sturdy boxes with protective outer covering

3. Delivery Process

Orders are inspected, packed, and handed over to our delivery partners
Our delivery team will attempt delivery at your provided address
If delivery is unsuccessful, our team will contact you to reschedule

5. Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery Fee: AED 15 on all orders
Free Delivery: Orders above AED 100

For large or bulky items, an additional delivery fee may apply between AED 30 to AED 60, depending on size and weight.

6. Estimated Delivery Time

Same-day delivery available for selected orders
Standard delivery: 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

Some products may require additional time if sourced directly from suppliers.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

You will receive an email with tracking details
You can track your order using the “Track My Order” feature on our website

8. Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments if items are sourced from different warehouse locations.

9. Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

High demand periods
Weather conditions
Logistics constraints

We will keep you informed in case of any delay.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment
To cancel, log in to your account and submit a request via “My Panel”

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
