Shipping & Delivery

1. What happens when you place an order?

Once your order is placed with, our system will Automatically Direct Your order to our warehouse.

2. How are items packaged?

Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap, while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. We pack our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. 

3. How does the delivery process work?

●   Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.

●   After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

●   Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest. In case, they are unable to reach your address or match your timings, they will contact you to reschedule your delivery.

4. What is the range of locations to which ships its products? ships throughout the UAE!

5. Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?

●   We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.

●   UAE shipping charges - A flat AED 20 for all orders.

6. The order has been shipped. How can I track it now?

●   Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the delivery partner that is processing your order.

●   You can track the status of your package by going to "TRACK MY ORDER" and keying in your order ID.

7. My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

Don’t worry! This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations. 

8. What is the estimated delivery time?

We deliver most orders on the same day, with exceptions being delivered within 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

●   Though we keep 95% of our catalog in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of on-time delivery.

●   While we try to deliver your order in the shortest possible time, uncertain circumstances may delay your order. 

9. Shipping fees for large or bulky items?

For UAE customers, certain large or bulky items will require an additional shipping fee. This fee ranges from 30 AED to 60 AED and might be applied to a single item or a group of items if they can be delivered together from the same warehouse.

10. How can I cancel my order?

●   You can cancel your order during the confirmation or while it's under preparation by logging into your  account and clicking on "My panel". Every product ordered will be listed, by clicking on "TICKET" you can notify us about canceling your order, or write us an email

●   Once your order is shipped and sent out for delivery, you will receive an Email Notification.
