Return & Refund Policy – YallaBuyit
At YallaBuyit, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item is returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
- The item is not damaged, altered, or missing parts
- A valid proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Personal hygiene items (if opened or used)
- Clearance or final sale items (if marked as non-returnable)
- Products missing original packaging or accessories
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at cs@yallabuyit.ae
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 3–7 working days
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
5. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrect item received
If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours
- Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly
7. Shipping for Returns
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless:
- Item is defective
- Wrong item delivered
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
